Today in Yoga…
I got to class late and made a really loud noise when unfolding my mat (err whipping my mat into place). Oops.
We had the super gorgeous, super fit yoga instructor that is pint sized and adorable and that likes to challenge her classes with at least 3 inversion poses during each class.
When I’m not pregnant she chooses inversion poses that I’m not at all ready to do, so I usually have to do the modification and feel lame. However, today, she picked 3 of my all time favorite inversion poses, the only three that I’m able to do, and I’m actually kind of good at them. But because I’m knocked up…have been advised not to do.
SO, I did the modifications and felt lame.
